Mike is Managing Partner of Sagan Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty and advises buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants of residential and commercial real estate throughout the North Shore as a licensed real estate broker and attorney admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He is a co-owner if Sagan Harborside SIR, and prior to affiliating with Sotheby’s International Realty, Mike and his partners operated Harborside Realty. Early in his real estate career, Mike founded and managed RE/MAX Harborside in Marblehead. Before entering the real estate industry, Mike served as Counsel in the legal department at Bain & Company, Inc., a management consulting firm headquartered in Boston. While attending Suffolk Law School in the evenings, Mike worked at a downtown Boston law firm (formerly Bingham, Dana & Gould) and in the mutual fund industry (State Street Bank and The Boston Company). He attended the University of New Hampshire where he captained the Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track teams during his senior year. A runner since he was ten years old, he still goes out for an occasional run and hopes to get back to the starting line of the Boston Marathon (and hopefully the finish line). Mike grew up on the East End of Long Island (Hampton Bays, New York) and has resided in Marblehead with his family. Kim is an active player in the North Shore real estate marketplace, with a strong track record evidenced by steady referrals and satisfied clients. She offers strategic negotiation skills and delivers a comprehensive set of services — from professional staging, photography and marketing tools to highlight the property online and in print, to creating a pricing strategy to bring in strong and qualified offers. Kim has earned the trust of her clients and developed a strong reputation in the business. She is able to tailor a strategy to position each property appropriately in the market, thereby maximizing its value. As a buyer’s representative in this competitive market, Kim helps her clients find the home that meets their needs, provides effective strategies to present the strongest offer and terms, all while ensuring they get the best value for their investment. Prior to her career in real estate, Kim spent over 15 years in management and business consulting roles at Accenture, and later as a Director for 170 Systems Inc (now Kofax). Her years at Accenture as a Project Manager taught her how to keep complex projects on time and within budget, and she developed management skills that are now used to successfully guide real estate clients through the buying and selling process. Her experience in the business world also gave her the necessary financial skills to negotiate deals with the right strategy. A native of Massachusetts, Kim grew up in Marblehead and after extensive travel in the US and abroad for business, she confirmed that there was no better place to settle down and raise a family. Her deep knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, and local contractors has clearly been an asset to all her clients.
