The view from the 3rd story balcony is spectacular of the beach and ocean. The condo has been updated and is comopletely furnished. The gated property includes a heated outdoor pool that is open year around along with access to tennis and pickle ball courts. g is above ground on the top parking lot. There is bike storage if needed. The unit is warm, welcoming, and very clean. It has flat screen smart TV's, WIFI access, and beach day supplies (cart, towels, chairs, toys, cooler) for direct access to the white sand beaches from the front of the building. Restaurants/bars and shopping are only a couple minute walk away. Our condo has 5 person capacity - king bed, queen bed, and a queen auto blow up mattress. There are 2 bathrooms (one is master ensuite), a large living area, dining room, kitchen with bar top, and balcony with outdoor furniture to relax in. Weekly or monthly rent - typically runs Saturday to Saturday. Additional $50 Parking pass is required if bringing a car. Cleaning fee of $150 is also additional. Rent varies on time of year.
