Your main goal will be to set appointments and pass along well-qualified leads to our agents. This role is key to our sales funnel, helping our team consistently meet and exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with leads to engage prospective clients

Qualify leads and identify their real estate needs and timeline
Schedule appointments for our agents with interested clients
Document all interactions in our CRM for clear communication and follow-up
Meet daily and weekly lead generation goals
Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport and connect with clients quickly
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Experience in sales or customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
