I had a busy month with a simultaneous closing Tuesday. My gorgeous Penthouse Chalet listing sold in a few days-Full Price-$2.825M- with multiple offers and a 3-week close! We changed the closing date on a Cape Marco Cozumel we had pended the week before, to close on the same day-$2.750M-which we negotiated down by $450K! Thanks to great teams from 3 different attorney's offices, and the team from Hilton Movers -we got it done!
