She spent three years teaching high school biology and moved to Florida in 2004 to be with her husband Michael O'Regan. After moving to Marco Island she taught 7th Grade Science at the Marco Island Charter Middle School where she was awarded the honor of Teacher of the Year. Mary Jo loves to bring people happiness whether it's through meeting her clients expectations, helping others or singing. She is very active in her community and is a proud member of the SWFL Sons & Daughters of Erin and assists the Naples St. Patrick's Foundation which both fundraise to help support the local community. Mary Jo also donates her vocal talent to her church, community fundraisers, the Red Sox, Hospice and she is currently working with the ALS Association to develop an anthem that will help to fundraise for further research. Mary Jo's goal is to provide impeccable customer service and to use her love and knowledge of SW Florida along with the luck of the Irish to ensure that her clients needs are completely satisfied. She prides herself on her professionalism and integrity and her ability to build rapport with her clients. She earned Emerald status in the Engel & Völkers Elite Awards Club in 2015 due to her competence and commitment to her clients which produced multi million dollars in sales. Her motto is to always put her clients needs first and to be fully accessible during and after transactions.
