Currently Mike is renovating a house that was perfect in every way, except the primary closet and bathroom just did not flow. We came up with the perfect floor plan and the tile installation is wrapping up this week - just in time for the homeowners to enjoy Thanksgiving with their family at their Marco Island home!
We also just submitted an offer this morning for clients who have not been able to find exactly what they’re looking for so they have decided to put an offer in on a house that we will tear down for them, design it, and build from the ground up to have exactly what they want!
