Five years ago, I traded shears for sold signs and honestly? Best decision I ever made. As a former hair stylist, I thought I knew what it meant to build relationships and make people feel good. Real estate took that to a whole new level.
I’m Kelsey Proffitt, your Northern Illinois REALTOR® with RE/MAX Connections II and if you know me, you know I don’t do anything halfway. I’m a mom of three, married to my absolute best friend, and passionate about real estate in every form whether we’re flipping a fixer upper, building a rental portfolio, or helping a family find the place they’ll call home.
This career found me at the right time. What started as a leap of faith turned into a full on passion. I invest personally in real estate flipping and renting so when I sit across the table from a client, I’m not just guiding you through a transaction. I’ve lived it. I get the nerves, the excitement, and the reward on the other side.
