So you've found your dream home and your closing day is fast approaching! Your Agent will be scheduling your final walkthrough to ensure that the home is in the condition it was when you submitted your offer and, that any repairs mutually agreed to were made. This is usually done a day or so prior to your closing day.

Here are a few things to look for at a final walkthrough so that we can ensure there are no surprises.
