Arthur was born in Manahawkin, New Jersey, raised in Pennsylvania, and moved back to Tuckerton, NJ in 2021. Recently, he obtained licenses in both PA and NJ. Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, he gained experience in a variety of exciting service fields including healthcare, automotive, and commercial fishing industries. The skills and experience he has gained over the years helped him make a natural transition into real estate.
