Phyllis Scherr - I grew up in Philadelphia, raised two wonderful children and had a career as a freelance artist. Twenty years ago I moved to the shore full time and opened a couple of salons. After satisfying my desire to have a restaurant in our beach town, my partner in life, became my partner in business also. Troy Rosenzweig and I had a very successful career, buying, renovating and selling many homes in Margate & decided to transition into the real estate business. Call 609.209.4495

Troy Rosenzweig - Upon graduating high school in 1982, I moved from the suburbs of Philadelphia to the Jersey shore. It was then I started my journey in Real Estate. Initially it was in the building sector of the industry. I began working for and learning from the communities most talented builders. After 7 years of internship, creating my attention for detail and honing my skills it was time for me to obtain my builders license which I did in 1989.
