From EHT to Ventnor. ✅
A retired couple had a goal — sell their longtime home on the mainland and land the right place at the shore. Yesterday, that goal became reality.
My job was the Ventnor side — finding the right home, navigating the timing around their sale, and making sure everything lined up so they didn’t end up homeless in between. 😅
That coordination piece is where deals fall apart. Getting it right is the job.
