New Age wants to give back to the community 📣

As a token of our appreciation we will be giving 3 kids a back to school shopping spree worth $200.

We ask that you submit the names of any kid 16 years old or younger who you believe may be in need of back to school supplies

Must live in broward county
16 years of age or younger
Preferably someone who may not be able to or family may not be able to afford to buy school supplies this year

Just closed on this beauty last week. Got this listing after another agent had it listed for a whole year with very little showings and no offers. Seller came to me and asked if I’d be willing to take the listing and of course I was happy to do so!

First I made sure to take professional photos as the agent before me had camera phone pics. First impression is everything and I make sure that your property is shown in the best light possible! Gave the seller very accurate market stats on what sold recently in the area so that I did not set him up for failure but success! Hired a handyman to paint the house and do some minor repairs to give the house a nice refresh. All while my seller was miles away and focusing on buying his own house! Within a couple months we were under contract and SOLD! I truly love what I do and so honored when a person puts their trust in me. Thank you for the opportunity of sharing this journey with you! This one right here hits different. Kyle came to me looking for someone to do the whole deal. Search and screen a tenant and manage that tenant once they move in. Living out of state and owning his own business he had no time to be a landlord. He had this property vacant for years for that same reason. Now he has a tenant in place, making money every month without having to do a thing. Let’s us do all the work!
