✨ ONE CHAPTER CLOSED YESTERDAY… A NEW ONE BEGINS TODAY. ✨

🏡 BACK-TO-BACK CLOSINGS! 🔑

Yesterday, my client closed on the sale of her home.

Today, she got the keys to her NEW one. 🥹❤️

And getting here took a little faith, a LOT of moving pieces, and one very determined mama.

We had about 3 WEEKS to find her a home after she had already gone under contract on another property, completed the inspection…and ultimately had to walk away because of what that inspection uncovered.

So we started over.

⏳ 3 weeks
🏡 Around 15 properties toured
🔍 Inspection completed within 3 days of going under contract
📋 Appraisal ordered, completed & back
✅ CLEAR TO CLOSE in about 2½ weeks!

When you’re working against the clock, having the right people around you makes ALL the difference.

A huge thank you to The Joyner Firm for handling our back-to-back closings, Phillips Home Inspections out of Opp, Alabama for helping us protect my buyer through the inspection process, Larry Hand with Weichert Realty for working with us on the other side, and Pam Boyd with Fairway Mortgage for moving quickly and helping us get this one across the finish line. 🤍

But this closing hit a little differently for me.

My client is a mama building a life with her babies, and being trusted to help her sell the home she was leaving behind and then help her find the place where their next chapter begins was incredibly close to my heart.

Real estate is so much more than contracts, inspections, appraisals and closing tables.

Sometimes you’re the Realtor.
Sometimes you’re the problem solver.
Sometimes you’re the one saying, “Okay, that one didn’t work. We’re going to find another one.”

And sometimes you get the privilege of watching someone close one door and walk straight through another. ❤️

Yesterday we closed a season.
Today, we opened a new one. 🏡🔑

I’m incredibly thankful I got to be a small part of this chapter for her and her babies.

Here’s to new keys, new memories, new beginnings and a beautiful new season of life. ✨

Final walkthrough day. 🏡🔑

And this one feels a little full-circle.

My buyer is closing on a home today that she listed with me after seeing my sign in a yard… and tomorrow, she’s closing on this one as the buyer.

That’s marketing.

Not just sticking a sign in the yard and hoping somebody calls. It’s putting your name out there consistently. Showing up online. Following up. Building relationships. Making sure people remember who you are when the time comes to buy or sell. And God!

I came into real estate 4 years ago with ZERO sales background. I didn’t have a huge sphere handing me business. I had to learn how to market myself, how to talk to people, how to follow up, and most importantly—how to keep showing up when it felt like nobody was paying attention.

And I’m still learning.

But days like today remind me that people ARE paying attention and there is a plan.

Sometimes one yard sign becomes a phone call.
That phone call becomes a listing.
That listing becomes a relationship.
And that relationship turns into another closing. ❤️

Marketing works. You just have to do it the right way—and keep doing it long enough for people to remember your name.

Now let’s get through this final walkthrough because tomorrow… we close another one. 🔑🏡
