🍑 Summer Peach Cobbler 🍑

Here's a simple dessert that's hard to beat this time of year!

Ingredients:
• 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
• 1 cup sugar (divided)
• 1 cup self-rising flour
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup butter, melted
• Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ Mix peaches with ½ cup sugar and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Pour melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish.
3️⃣ Mix flour, remaining sugar, and milk until smooth. Pour over the butter (don't stir).
4️⃣ Spoon peaches and juices over the batter (again, don't stir).
5️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 🍨
