Y’all… some real estate transactions are easy.

And then there are the ones that apparently wake up every morning and choose violence. 😂😂

This one threw us a few curveballs, a couple “WHAT NOW?!” moments, and enough excitement to last us for a while. But these sellers? ROCKSTARS. 🙌

Every single time something came up, they handled it. No drama, no hiding, no running for the hills — although I’m pretty sure we ALL considered it at least once. 🤣 They stayed on top of everything and were truly wonderful to work with from beginning to end.

And a BIG thank you to Ricky for sending them our way! ❤️ We appreciate the referral more than you know… although there may have been a moment or two during this transaction when we wondered if Ricky was mad at us. 😂😂😂
