Shout out to Ralph Kimball, owner of Wood n Bones Carpentry for a great job rehabbing our 1st rental. Tongue and groove ceilings, sheet rock, railings, flooring, electrical, painting, plumbing. He's our guy now! V's did the clean up, organizing and new furniture and decorations. All done on a boot strap budget!
It's always special when friendships are formed after working so close for 2.5 months, despite Maine winter weather, illnesses and body aches and pains. Last Sunday was the last trip to the transfer station.
This has been a love/hate Rehab and in that, we are so happy its ready to help Maine provide housing to traveling medical professionals.

Private office was once a loved sunroom. Library has a ceiling. Stairs are safe. All floors are layer. More pics to come.
