🏠 Thinking About Selling? Start With These 3 Upgrades
1. The Kitchen
Buyers walk into a kitchen first. Always. If your counters are outdated, your cabinets are chipped, or your backsplash is from 1998 that’s what they remember. A fresh kitchen with modern finishes = higher offers. Doesn’t have to be a full renovation. Sometimes it’s new hardware, fresh paint, and updated light fixtures. But it has to FEEL updated.
2. The Bathroom
Same deal. Buyers click on listing photos and immediately look at the bathroom. If it looks tired, they start lowballing. A clean, modern bathroom even a refreshed one tells buyers “this home has been taken care of.” New vanity, updated mirror, clean grout. That’s it.
3. Curb Appeal
This is where most sellers lose buyers before they even walk in. Your front yard, your driveway, your door. First impression is EVERYTHING. Fresh mulch, trimmed hedges, maybe a new front door color or house numbers. Buyers are making offers the second they pull up. You want them walking in excited, not critiquing.
So here’s the question:
Are you planning to sell in the next 6-12 months?
If yes let’s do a walkthrough together. I’ll show you exactly what buyers will see and what moves would get you the most money back. No obligation. Just a conversation.
