Sometimes you just wanna show pictures of things done right. It's nice to see an electric panel that doesn't look like a bird's nest. Yes it's older and could use a few upgrades but still good to see the people that care about their jobs

This is why Inspections are important💯 People are people 🥸 So don't skipped the inspection so you don't get surprised. This is going to lead to all kinds of issues and a few of them are health hazards😩

Why do people take advantage of people? If you need an extra piece of mine, you need to schedule your contractor inspections as well. Or you can just send a picture over and ask me if it looks right. Somebody was up sold on this couch pan, but it's not gonna do anything and it's current state. For this set up, the pan needs to be plugged with a water monitoring device added to help alert the homeowner in the event of a leak.
