I've been involved in real estate and property management since 1997, and I can honestly say I haven't had a new build home inspection go this smoothly in years. 👏

There's a lot of people that don't know what this stuff around your house is. We'll now I hope you do.

1. That's not a P-trap that's a U trap. It's gonna clog because it can't self scour.

2. The glue is wrong so it leaks. It's important to be able to see the primer and some glue to know it was done right.

3. It's strapped downwards. Their attempt at trying to put a slope on the improper trap is now creating pressure on the connection points.

4. The secondary is higher than the vent on the primary. Well, that's not gonna work right and lead to more leaks

5. They had no problem taking your money, leaving you with the time bomb and sleeping OK at night.

6. Don't have a " You Trap "
