A: Closing costs are paid according to the terms of the purchase contract made between the buyer & seller. Let’s talk open shelving! It’s certainly a unique take from traditional cabinetry & aesthetically appealing if kept clean & organized. Here’s a few tips if you’re interested going that route:

✨Fill them w/ dishes you use a lot since they’re frequently washed
✨Avoid appliances & plastic
✨Repackage your dry goods
✨Organize them by zones
✨Stick to a color scheme
✨Don’t overload
✨Mix up shapes
✨Fill in the gaps—think planters, piece of art, decorative objects
