A: Closing costs are paid according to the terms of the purchase contract made between the buyer & seller. The law of supply & demand dictates the equilibrium price of properties. Economy, interest rates, & population changes are among other factors.

Let’s talk open shelving! It’s certainly a unique take from traditional cabinetry & aesthetically appealing if kept clean & organized. Here’s a few tips if you’re interested going that route:
