Y'all, being an agent is HARD work! There is so much that goes into it behind the scenes, and if we are doing it right, our clients never have to know about any of it. BUT sometimes we meet amazing Co-op agents, have amazing and agreeable buyers and sellers and it makes it ALL worth it!

Our offer on this home started on Friday after a showing Thursday night. There are several obstacles to navigate in this deal with timelines and contingencies. I worked my tail off this weekend to get us there and as of this morning, we are under contract with more than I could've ever hoped for!

These buyers are getting 10 days due diligence, a 2.5% reduction on sales price, extended closing date to help allow time for their sale, and an amazing unicorn home!
