An amazing journey for an amazing family. This diamond 💎 in the rough hit the market on a Friday, we were under contract in 4 days (after beating multiple offers 📑) & at the Closing Table in 30 days 🗓🖊

My clients spent months searching during a volatile market 👩🏻‍💼 and then took a break.
