I’ve worked with this buyer for 2 years!!! Isn’t that incredible? Every so often something would come on the market and we would check it out (maybe 1 house every 3 months or so) and then Jan 1 this year he said GAME ON LET’S BUY A HOUSE THIS YEAR.
