Families were the typical buyers or sellers, and they wanted to move in the Summer so their kids could start anew at the start of the school year. Today, more than half of Buyers aren't married, and their decisions aren't based on school schedules.So the Spring market isn't as relevant as it used to be. Instead, the best time to sell a home is in November, December, and January.

Meet Theo. He's our almost 1 year old golden doodle. This will be his first Christmas. I have an obsession with Christmas blankets... Seriously....I have more than I want to admit 😁 Apparently Theo loves Christmas blankets too! ❤
