Such a good day for our sellers—officially closed on their Kennesaw home! 🏡

We hit the market ready… and it showed. Multiple offers by day 2, under contract by day 3 🙌

The real win though? They were on vacation the whole time. No scrambling for showings, no last-minute cleanups—just a solid plan from the start.

Our sellers were amazing - they worked hard and it paid off! This one was also extra fun bc I got to partner with 🎉😃

From first home… to next chapter 🏡✨

A few weeks ago, we celebrated them getting the keys to their new home… and now today, we closed on the home where their story began 🤍

There’s just something about that first house — the one that holds all the “firsts.” And getting to help them turn the page into what’s next is why I love what I do.

Some closings are special… and then some are EXTRA SPECIAL.💛
These friends have been part of our lives for more than 20 years — They have been a part of our story when we were just kids getting married, through births and adoption, raising kids, school years, and even graduations.
Today I had the honor of helping them close on one chapter of their story, and it means more than I can put into words. 🏡
