With over 2,000 homes on the market, Cobb has more homes on the market than it has had in over 3 years. Realtor.com ranks October as the best time to buy a home in Atlanta and throughout the US. There are above average number of listings as well as the ability to get a home for below market value.

The best time to buy a home has long been considered the spring and summer. But fall may be your better bet for snagging a great deal on a new home.

I am sorry about what happened in Conyers, and Conyers is very special to me. However, I am not sure why I keep hearing this, but ac units do not bring in outside air. It can be easily searched on Google. Whether or not this chlorinated and polluted air is bad for the HVAC system is another issue. But they don't bring in outside air. That is why certain new homes may have a problem with being too insulated. I have taken HVAC and home inspection courses, and if you want a more knowledgeable REALTOR, let me be your guy.

This is a quote from another website.

"No, air conditioners do not bring in fresh air from the outside. That’s not how they were designed. What actually happens is that your air conditioner uses a fan to draw air into the unit and disperse it through a structure.

This results in recycled air. The air that’s sucked in passes through coils before going into a home. These coils are what ultimately cools the air."

That's one way to avoid flooding. Not sure how the land survey would work for that one.

I don't agree. And the process can be easy with a good REALTOR. I remember driving around and looking for houses before the Internet was big. Not any easier back then. And getting a loan without any credentials before 2008 did not make life better for anyone. It was probably the biggest real estate nightmare ever.

You need about 92k a year to buy a home in Georgia.

Homebuyers in nearly half of the country need to earn at least six figures to be able to purchase a home.

Nationally, the typical household would need to earn $99,000 to buy a median-priced home of $415,500 in February. This also accounts for property taxes and insurance costs, and assumes a 10% down payment. However, the typical household income in America was only about $75,000 in 2022, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

“For many people who want to buy a house, it’s just not feasible right now,” says senior economic research analyst Hannah Jones. “Even for households that can afford a home, the monthly cost is going to be much higher than it was two, three, four years ago.”
