Seven days on market. One room did most of the work.
This great room had everything going for it — original fireplace, deep navy walls, good light. But the layout was fighting itself. Buyers walked in and couldn't tell where the room wanted them to sit.

So we [floated the seating away from the fireplace and let the window become the anchor]. Two clean-lined chairs, a low glass table that doesn't block sightlines, one sculptural vase to draw the eye deeper into the space.
Same square footage. Completely different feeling.
