My Encourager 🤍

Hold up real quick lemme talk my ishhh .... $1.1 MILLION SOLD IN ONE DAY! 🤯 never in my life have I sold that much real estate in one day. Nothing but God!!! Now this wasn’t done overnight so do not think it was easy. I’ve been working with some of my clients for 6 months plus 🙌🏽🏡

To be quite honest, I was super nervous about if all my pre-wedding closings would close. We are 5 days away and all though I’ll be taking vacation, I wouldn’t of been able to truly unplug had my clients not been taken care of. But baby, they have officially all gotten their keys and i could not be more happy for them.

Shout out to my soon to be husband for keep me grounded when I feel like I’m about to break down.

INSPECTION DAYS 🤩🏡

I absolutely love inspection days. It gives my clients time to see their house again as well as have an inspector‘s eyes on it from top to bottom.

Even when buying new construction I highly recommend all my clients to have an inspection done as these homes are built by humans and we all know that us humans can make errors at times lol.
