Our townhomes come with an extra ½ bath so you do not have to worry about cleaning your room when friends come over! Located directly across the street from 5/3 Bank Stadium, you will be able to walk to the games after a day of tailgating. Our spacious infinity pool will make your apartment the place to be during those hot summer days. With a large tanning deck you will have everything you need to soak in those summer rays. The covered areas with built-in grills will provide you with the perfect location to cookout with your friends. One of students' favorite spaces is “The Avenue” a cozy area with multiple green spaces complete with grills, fire pits, and seating. All the things you need to enjoy the best years of your life. The clubhouse has study rooms complete with Smart TVs as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center and game room. The complimentary coffee bar will provide you with the energy you need for all those late-night study sessions. Don’t worry about the rainy season, we will have tanning rooms in our clubhouse so you can still get your tan on!
