The questions I'm asked lately pertains to home prices and the interest rate. Are home prices falling? Are interest rates going higher? The answers to both questions is 'no' and 'not now'. Home ownership will always be the best path to wealth building. I see no indications that home prices are falling. Interest rates have fallen for the 2nd time in 2 months.
