My guy Pandu said he wanted a 4 bedroom with room for expansion in Atlanta for a certain price. I told him we probably won't find that in Atlanta, but I know where we could. We traveled to Macon, GA, and found him a 4 bedroom sitting on a 1/3 of an acre with a semi finished garage that he would turn into a 5th bedroom. We closed within three weeks of going under contract, and the seller contributed the maximum towards my client's closing cost. He is satisfied, and his purchase was exactly what he wanted negotiated at a lower price than expected.
