Last night, the East Cobb community gathered to celebrate the annual Pope High School Homecoming Parade. The event, which kicked off at 5:30 p.m. on Hembree Road, was a vibrant display of school spirit, bringing together students, families, and local residents to cheer on the Pope Greyhounds ahead of tonight's Homecoming game against Sequoia.

The parade route started at the intersection of Hembree Road and Meadow Drive, winding westward down to the Pope High School campus. The excitement was palpable as the community lined the north side of Hembree Road, filling the sidewalks with supportive cheers, colorful signs, and smiles. Participants included student government leaders, the Homecoming Court, athletic teams, and various fine arts groups, all proudly representing the school.
