We played at Seven Hills today — one of the most vibrant communities in Dallas with resort-style amenities and homes for every stage of life. And the best part? As 2025 wraps up, here’s a little life update:

Our little family of 3 is still loving Acworth — me, Britt, and our four-legged star, Kiya. I picked up tennis three years ago and became completely obsessed. 😄 And big news… Britt finally joined me! We’ll be playing on our first mixed doubles team in 2026. Pray for us, lol.

This year also brought the gift of a wonderful group of women at church for ongoing Bible studies — such a blessing.

When we’re not on the courts, you’ll find us evaluating investment opportunities and dreaming up our next project.

On the real estate front: I had the honor of helping several families buy and sell this year — first-timers, retirees, investors, and clients navigating emotional transitions. Every story mattered deeply.

My simple prayer for 2025 was: “Lord, I will be honored to serve whoever You send my way.” He answered. And my prayer for 2026 remains the same.

It’s closing day! And sometimes closings can be bittersweet.
While this busy healthcare executive was studying for her PhD, we had the privilege of helping her buy AND sell a home. Now that she has her Doctorate, she decided to move closer to family which means she asked for our help again. Today she closed on the sale of the home we helped her buy just 2 years ago and she has moved away from our area. Of course I'm thrilled that she finally found her forever home but I will surely miss her!!
