Our email server is down and we do not know when it will be back up. If you have a work order or something you need to speak to us about, please call the office at 717-426-1186 and we will be happy to assist you

If you put in a work order online within the past 2 weeks and it’s not completed , please call and let us know. The work order portal emails your requests to us, but unfortunately we did not get them

Just a reminder to all residents to always lock your car when it is parked in the lots. It was reported to the Rwntal Office that someone was getting into unlocked cars last night and items were stolen.

Just a reminder if the importance of cleaning out the dryer lint catcher in the dryer, as well as cleaning behind the dryer. If a fire is caused by neglect from failure to clean the lint traps, you may be responsible for repair/replacement costs.
