June 2026 Metro Atlanta Market Updates. Home values in Cobb & N. Fulton are up. Other counties did not fare as well. Now that the 4th of July is behind us & school is just a few weeks away, home values will begin their downward trend all the way thru January before they start to tick back up again. Homeowners still on the market should be aggressively pricing their homes to pickup buyers still looking before they chase the market down even further.
