A little controversy 👀

Buying in the winter is easier, IMO.

If you're like, be real....

These are the perks of the "slow season" 👇

Inspectors are less busy
Moving companies have more openings
Storage units are less expensive
Drafty windows can be sniffed out
Sellers are more serious
The market is less active
And this is the best part is...
🛋️ Furniture sales are everywhere!

While everyone else is taking it easy (hibernating), it could be a good opportunity to make moves on your next home.

The sellers who are closing quickly....

are the ones willing to work WITH buyers on things like:

→ Credits for repairs

→ Concessions so buyers can buy down their rates

→ Providing a home warranty (especially for new builds)

→ Contributing to or covering the buyer’s agent fee

In an expensive, higher interest rate market, buyers are appreciating the extra support.

P.S. If you’re a hopeful buyer reading this: do your research! A good agent will negotiate these items for you.

Why? It can save you *hundreds of thousands* in interest over the lifetime of your loan. 🤯

Got a little work bonus?
Put a portion of it towards your loan.

Got money back on your taxes?
You already know what I'm going to say...

These are the numbers I used in the example:
$550k 30-year loan
5% down payment
6.2% interest rate
