Thanks so much for the birthday wishes, prayers and gifts. 2020 has been such a year for many of us, the pandemic has affected alot of people, I am grateful that this period actually impacted my personal, spiritual, business, social life positively. But I recognize the fact that so many people have lost their loved ones and their primary sources of income since the beginning of the year. August is our month U know! Three Birthdays in the house....Today is our baby Noelle's 5th birthday, the last Princess is now a Big girl....Oluyemisi, I love everything about U. You continually melt my heart everytime U smile and talk to me, she can give a million hugs within 24 hours. This is the real definition of "Daddy's girl"....I will take bullets for this one, shy in public but the Boss at home!! UNDER CONTRACT!!! Congratulations to Mrs J and her family all the way from New York on this one.🎊🎊🎈🎈 Mrs J reached out to me about two weeks ago when she came across a FB post from one of our past clients who shared her story of how well our Team took care of her during her home buying process. Mrs J mentioned that she and her family were ready to relocate from NY to ATL in the near future. I didn't realize that they were ready to pull the trigger and make things happen that fast.😃😃😃 Within few days, she had spoken to our Lender, got Pre Approved for her loan and booked a trip to ATL with her family. We went touring homes for three consecutive days last week and on the third day, they found this beautiful community of newly built homes. I'm so excited for them and to see that their one week trip to ATL was fruitful. We are personalizing this home to their taste, they will be the 1st to live inside this home, it will be move-in ready within the next seventy five (75) days. CONGRATS TO Mr & Mrs "A", we're officially UNDER CONTRACT. Sometime in March, Mr "C" reached out to me on this platform to schedule a buyer consultation session, he was thinking of purchasing a home for his family. On Thursday, March 5th we had our session & he brought along his friend (Mr "A") to the meeting. (Mr "A") arrived the U.S. from Africa about a year ago to join his wife (Mrs "A") here. He stated that he wanted to be proactive about wealth creation and would rather pay mortgage towards their home equity than dash a landlord hard earned dollars on a monthly basis. We put a plan in place and my team immediately got to work. We were able to prequalify Mrs "A" for a loan and began touring properties. Less than two months after meeting Mr "A" and we're now Under Contract for the purchase of this huge and beautifully renovated home. They're on track to close this deal in a few weeks from now. Happy Sunday everyone. Sending love & light to my beautiful wife for all of her hard work & dedication. I've seen her fulfill several hundred orders from across the U.S. within the last two weeks. She has now added surgical hats for health workers & kids matching masks to her collection. With now asking ALL employees to wear masks and requiring ALL residents to wear masks, is still giving one FREE mask to a local health or law enforcement worker for every three masks sold.
