McCreary Realty Management, Inc. has joined PURE Property Management, a company founded by industry insiders with a mission to make the joy of renting a home and the responsibilities of running your community association PURE through simple and satisfying experiences for all. In joining PURE, we’re uniting with our peers and industry leaders to grow a team of experienced industry professionals and seasoned technology innovators to drive more value for our clients and residents.
What does this mean?
• Same customer-focused services, with more investment in seamless technology.
• Small changes, big vision. Transitions take time, but small changes over time will add up to delivering simple, satisfying solutions for everyone.
• Same team, more resources. You keep your local team of dedicated property management professionals, but with PURE’s 2,000 years of combined experience within its management team, they can tap into a wealth of experience and best practices to take their service to the next level.

While the main team is staying essentially the same, there are some shifts in roles that will be happening over the next few months, starting with Michael McCreary’s new role as a Regional Director of HOA Operations and Bess Wozniak taking on the role of Operations Manager for the McCreary branch of PURE.
