Well I don't know what your definition of "fun" is but this deal almost sent me into early retirement!!! 😝

But we got here… And, my client's "stand your ground" (aka stubbornness lol) attitude got her not one, not two, but THREE full price offers. Third time was a charm! Huge shoutout to whose video of her home got over 10,000 views on FB & IG!

In true Amanda fashion she came to both closings in workout attire and refused to take a picture (iykyk). But don't worry... I photoshopped her in!!! 😂
