🎨 SELLERS, SHOULD YOU PAINT BEFORE LISTING? 🏡

If you’re debating whether or not to paint before putting your home on the market, the answer may be simpler than you think!

✨ A little bit of paint can go a long way
🧼 Fresh, clean walls help your home feel well-maintained
☀️ Light, neutral colors can brighten up a room
📸 Fresh paint can make spaces photograph beautifully
🏡 A simple update can help buyers envision themselves living there

You may not need to repaint your entire home. Touching up scuffs, refreshing high-traffic areas, or brightening a room with a clean, neutral color can make a noticeable difference.

Before you spend time and money on updates, let’s talk about which improvements will have the greatest impact on your home’s presentation and value.
