So there’s an old saying that says “you get what you pay for….”

When you have a realtor, who’s willing to take their own photos with their own cell phone… That’s because you’re getting what you’re paying for.

If you’re thinking about selling, please understand that not all realtors are the same. I know some people still feel like realtors are overpaid, people like this prove that some of them are, but those of us who have been doing this long enough to understand that boots on the ground, knocking on doors advertising, and obviously, professional pictures, and staging go along way!

This particular houses just had a price reduction… wonder if the ghost in the driveway had anything to do with it.
