Snagged this one right after we visited it’s open house. ✨

My buyers can’t wait to make it their own by getting all new flooring and paint. I like when clients buy things they get to fix up for themselves because it’s more of a blank canvas.

We had seen some “renovated homes” but some of the updates and diy things turned us all off 🫣
