Plantation Realty & Management (PRM) was founded in the mid-nineties as my father’s construction company and a family holding company for privately held investment properties. Our primary business is a family owned Real Estate company we started as Century 21 Farish Realty. Recently we dropped the franchise to become Farish Realty and Associates. Over the years we have become experts in property management and selling foreclosure properties. Last year alone our top agent, Bekki Smith personally closed over 200 transactions. Although managing the business’ rentals for the past 28 years has turned into a passion, in 2000 we expanded by adding a property management division and our target area is the west GA corridor. These counties include Carroll, Douglas, Paulding, Cobb, Cherokee and south Bartow. This market area soon became too large to be based from Carrollton. In 2009 we opened PRM in Marietta so we could continue to offer the premium service that we’re known for. At that time I had the honor of becoming affiliated with the absolute best real estate company in Cobb County, Keller Williams Signature Partners. This company inarguably offers the best in management, agents and services, our ultimate dedication. Plantation Realty and Management (PRM) offers a wide variety of services to choose from (see our owners services page for more details). We exclusively represent you, the owner in any contract and your interest and protection is our main goal. We welcome the opportunity to serve you. Our motto is:
“WE TAKE THE EMOTIONS OUT OF RENTING YOUR HOME”
