Congratulations to these two for closing on the sale of their first home! I had the pleasure of helping them purchase a few months ago through an awesome loan program that allowed them to tap into their home’s equity prior to selling. This helped take a lot of the stress off constant showings with pups in the house and also allowed them a smooth moving process. While it's been great chatting with them every few days over the past months, I'm so excited for them to finally put this chapter to a close and fully relax into their new home. Unfortunately, I have a feeling they’re going to be in this one for a while ♥️, so it might be several, several years before we get the chance to work together again.
