💚 I am trying to keep an open mind, but honestly, my heart belongs to those cooler greens. Celery, the new Sherwin Williams 2027 color of the year has a decidedly yellow undertone. I love yellow! And I love warm colors. But there is something about the lightness of this Celery and the yellow blended with the green that is not agreeing with me. I think if I need a warm light green, I will have to find a different one. But seriously, I am looking for exterior green suggestions. Dark ones! Which ones do you like? Tell me in the comments.

You might laugh watching me hustle to answer my phone… and honestly, I laugh too. 😂🏃‍♀️

But the truth is, every time my phone rings, I know there’s a person or family on the other end trusting me with one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make.

Buying or selling a home isn’t just another transaction. It’s years of hard work, savings, dreams, memories, and hopes for what’s next. The fact that my clients choose me to help guide them through that is something I never take lightly.

There are plenty of moments when I’m balancing work with family, dinner, or whatever life happens to be throwing my way. 🎉 Today marks 10 years since I got my license. Of course, I started over 10 years ago in construction and design, but getting my license was the best thing I think I have ever done.
I have learned so much in these last 10 years and I continue to learn every single day.
With all of the crazy ups and downs that have happened over the last 10 years, one thing has remained constant. The support from my friends, family and clients. I would have NEVER made it this far without you!

I am about 4 weeks post total hip replacement. The first week went really well. After about a week though, some things started happening that I did not really like.
Like my coffee… after surgery, I woke up to the smell of coffee. After about a week… p**f! Gone. No coffee when I got up. Note to self- put coffee on timer before going to bed.
Then there is laundry. There is really nothing more to say here. Just ewww… I mean, I am glad I am still getting help taking loads up and down the stairs, I guess.
And the cooking? I mean, for a week or more, there was a parade of delicious meals being prepared, delivered, and dropped off right into my kitchen! Man, we were spoiled! I am not the only one missing this! The whole family benefited from this one. Thank you for spoiling us friends🥰 I promise I am slowly getting dishes back to their rightful owners.
Unloading the dishwasher. 🥹 The first week after my surgery, my heart would literally skip a beat when I went into the kitchen each morning to be greeted by an empty dishwasher! The only thing I hate more than emptying the dishwasher, is food shopping. And emptying the dishwasher is not even that hard. But I loved my vacation from that chore!
The driving kids places. Well, that one is not that bad. I missed driving and watching my kids, but being stuck on the coach every evening for a week definitely had its perks!
Dan really out did himself. That first week after surgery he was a trooper! Those were some seriously long days for him. I am so grateful he got us through it. Thank goodness fall break is coming. I am fairly sure he is still recovering😆
But honestly, I am soooo glad to be on the other side of this surgery and grateful that I am on the mend!
