Rich Wedekind has been a Managing Broker/Owner for over 30 years serving the North Atlanta area. He and his family have lived in the East Cobb area for the last 39 years and he graduated from the University of Florida's School of Business majoring in real estate. Also, he is a Certified Appraiser in the state of Georgia allowing him to appraise all types of residential and commercial properties. Heather Abernathy has been a Real Estate Agent since 2003 and received her Associate Broker's license in 2007. She graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business majoring in real estate. After UGA, she worked at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company as a Senior Analyst for a $29 billion commercial property portofolio evaluating property performance. Did you know there’s a difference between a real estate salesperson, an associate broker and a managing broker? 🏡

I’ve been an Associate Broker since 2007, which means I completed additional education and testing to earn my broker’s license and could manage an office if I chose to.
