I started my career with Coldwell Banker in January of 2003 and quickly rose to the level of Sales Manager. I successfully managed Sales for such New Development success stories as The Buckhead Grand and 10 Terminus Place in Buckhead; two of Atlanta’s premiere residential high-rises. In addition, I was named the #1 New Homes Sales Agent for the Atlanta Board of Realtors in 2010 and was the #1 Sales Agent (GCI), in 2010, for Coldwell Banker NRT/Condo Store On-Site Agents and in the Top 1% of Coldwell Banker Agents Nationwide. I am also an active member of the Greater Atlanta Board of Realtors as well as the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association Sales & Marketing Council; each of which allows me to increase my knowledge within the industry to provide my agents with a superior skill level and expertise. I loved overseeing the whole process and managing teams so much, that I got my Brokers license and worked as Branch Manager and Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker from 2012-2014; managing the Successful Branches of CBRB Johns Creek and Intown Atlanta! I have also served as Qualifying Broker and the Sales and Marketing Manager for a mid sized builder; overseeing all Sales and Marketing efforts for their approximate 150 New Builds annually.
