Fun Fact | Never having made ice cream before, owners Kim and Tyler started out by spending $16 on four used ice cream makers and then really got to work! Kim cashed in her savings and bought a cart and then they turned to their community, asking friends-chefs, chocolatiers, brewers and farmers-for advice and along the way finding inspiration everywhere they looked.
