WHO: This is a community event, and ALL ARE WELCOME to attend. No registration is required. Class will run approximately 1.5 hours.
WHAT: Topics to be covered:
-ESTATE PLANNING – learn about Lady Bird Deeds, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and other Estate Planning tools, AND how to avoid Probate
-REAL ESTATE – learn how and when to buy or sell a home, and how to leave Real Estate to loved ones while avoiding Probate
-SCAMS – learn about new scams and how to avoid them
