I’m excited to officially share that I’ve been nominated to serve on the SIBR Board of Directors!

Since getting into real estate, I’ve never been afraid to ask questions, do the research, or speak up when I believe REALTORS® need better information, better resources, or simply a stronger voice.

I’m not running on promises, I’m running on priorities.

A few things that are important to me:

• Exploring free or significantly subsidized SentriLock lockboxes for our incoming members.
• Looking at opportunities to provide Dotloop and/or Transaction Desk as a member benefit.
• Making sure our Southern Illinois members maintain a strong voice and local autonomy, including opportunities for our own events, recognition and awards here in Southern Illinois.
• Continuing to push for clear, accurate information and transparency when decisions affect our businesses and our membership.

I don’t expect everyone to agree with me on every issue and I think that’s healthy. What I can promise is that I’ll show up, listen, ask questions, do my homework and speak up when it matters.

Shoutout to the BEST real estate photographer in the business Hefner Creative!

Jake has photographed more of my listings than we can count, and at this point we trust him enough that we could basically hand him the address and let him do his thing but staging and making sure the property is ready for him is just as important.
