Happy birthday to our girl, Lexi Shadowens! 🥳💗

I genuinely don’t know how she does it all. She’s a teacher, wife, mama of one with TWO under two coming very soon, former Division I athlete, TikTok influencer, loyal friend AND somehow still absolutely killing it in real estate. 😂🔥

Lexi brings that same competitive drive she had as an athlete into everything she does. She works hard, shows up for her clients, knows how to market, and has quickly proven that she is a force in this business.

But beyond production and real estate, she’s the kind of person you want in your corner — loyal, dependable, genuine and always willing to show up for the people she loves. I'm incredibly thankful she chose Selling SI Realty and even more thankful to call her my friend.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to one of our favorite people, Jake Hefner! 🎉📸

If you’ve followed Selling SI Realty or Rhi for any amount of time, you already know Jake. He’s photographed more of our listings than we could ever count and has been behind the camera for so much of our growth over the years.

But what we appreciate most about Jake has nothing to do with how talented he is. He’s loyal. He’s dependable. He shows up. He’s the kind of person you can call when you need something and know he’s going to come through and those kinds of people are pretty special.

He’s also patiently survived approximately 47,000 of our group texts and our “Hey Jake, I have an idea…” texts, which honestly deserves its own award. 😂

Jake has been there through growth, changes, new offices, crazy ideas and everything in between, and somewhere along the way he became a whole lot more than our photographer. He’s part of the Selling SI Realty family.

We’re incredibly thankful for you, Jake, and we hope you know how much all of us appreciate you.

🏆 TOP PRODUCER SHOUTOUT AND THIS ONE IS PRETTY SPECIAL! 🏆

Kaeden Albright has officially claimed Q3 Top Producer, following her wins as Q2 Top Producer AND August Top Producer! Kaeden has now closed over $3 MILLION in sales in her first full year in real estate. 🔥

And Mrs. Lexi Shadowens came in and took September Top Producer, after also claiming Q1 Top Producer earlier this year!

The numbers between these two for Q3 were incredibly close, but here's my favorite part: they aren't competing with each other. They're competing with themselves.

Kaeden and Lexi passed their real estate exams on the exact same day and signed up with my brokerage on the exact same day. They started this journey together and have genuinely supported each other every step of the way. Both come from incredibly hardworking backgrounds, and it shows.
