We will now be taking applications for some two bedroom apartments. Rent is 650 a month and all you pay is electric.

Fall into fall with a new one bedroom apartment here at Hollybrook. Stay warm and cozy with our new GE zone line heating and cooling system that we just put in over the winter. We are busy here at Hollybrook always working on way to better our community so we are working on putting a laundry room in on the East side of the community. Our one bedrooms apartments start out at $460 a month and the only thing you pay is electric. We are a pet friendly community. Hope every one has a great time up at the pop corn festival this weekend. We will be having 3 2 bedroom coming up to be rented within the next couple of weeks. We have new energy saving GE heating and cooling units in our apartments and the only thing you pay is electric. Come on out, or give us a call to set up a time to look at them.

It going to be hot this weekend, we know our tenets will be ice cold with our new zone line cooling systems. We have one and two bedrooms opening up so come on in to the office get your applications and beat the heat.

We are having a great day Hollybrook, we have our landscapers here from Columbus making the yard look wonderful. Come drive by look at at all the new improvements we are making here at Hollybrook. We still have our rent specials going on so stop on out.

We are making some process
